Construction Investors Group was founded by five directors who shared a single belief: that construction could be done better, with better communication, better accountability, and better results. That belief is the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.

Our directors lead from the front, bringing expertise across financial control, estimating, sales, project management, trade management, design, and on-site delivery. They are active operators, not silent partners, and when you engage Construction Investors Group, you deal directly with the people responsible for getting the job done. We manage the full construction lifecycle in-house, from initial site visits and council approvals through to subcontractor procurement, quality inspections, and final sign-off. Nothing is outsourced, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Our estimating capability is one of our greatest strengths. We produce detailed, transparent quotes so clients know exactly what they are getting, what it will cost, and when it will be done. No hidden extras, no surprises.

Our team handles residential extensions, renovations, knock down rebuilds, kitchen and bathroom refits, structural alterations, new builds, civil works, roofing, plumbing, and gas fitting, backed by the trade relationships and systems to deliver properly. Every subcontractor is vetted, compliant, and accountable. We do not compromise on quality or safety to save time or cut costs.

Communication is a requirement, not a courtesy. Clients receive regular written updates, every variation is confirmed in writing before works proceed, and any delay is communicated immediately along with a clear plan to address it.
